General terms and conditions of company Slovakia Trend, s.r.o. for conclude the sales contract by electronic commerce.

Art. 1 Basic provisions

1. Purchase contracts concluded by electronic commerce shal be governed by relevat provisions of the act. 22/2004 codex about electronic commerce act. 250/2007 codex of consumer protection in doorstep selling and distance selling act as well 40/1964 of civil codex and these general terms nad conditions governing the details of the conclusion and implementation. 2. The service provider is a company Slovakia Trend, s.r.o., located: Michalovská 62, 073 01 Sobrance, ID: 31652395. The company is registered in Commercial registri of District Court Košice I, Section: Sro, Insert no.: 1433/V (hereinafter called "contractor"). 3. The Contractor shall publish the list of goods offered by the customer and allows customers to order goods via electronic commerce on the Internet at http://www.slovakia-trend.sk (hereinafter called e-commerce). These terms are bound to buy exclusively in electronic commerce. By submitting an order the customer expresses and confirms that the general terms and conditions read in its entirety, understand its content and all conditions and that they wholeheartedly. 4. Purchase of goods via electronic commerce may be made by persons entity and corporates entity irrespective of legal form.
